BANG and my bangs are dead

(lamest title, I know!)

I have a sad bang life right now, trying to grow them out and it is proving to be a serious PAIN.
Ive been searching the net for tips on how to make this proccess not so terrible & I thought id share them with you!

1. Dont give up and cut your bangs short again, trust me ive fallen for this one toooo many times. A big social event comes up and your hair wont do anything but look like a hot mess with a weird mid length fringe. So SNIP SNIP I go!

2. The fringe side plait, life saver for me and I also do this to hide a bad hair day.

or the side fringe roll & clip, which im also a fan of!

3. Get your hair cut to suit bangs that are growing out, great idea.
4. Clipping that fringe back! Im not a huge fan of headbands or clipping my fringe back 100% as I have a huge forehead and this is not a flattering look for me, but for everyone else who wasnt given such a generous forhead, go ahead.!

So now dont let "im growing my bangs out" be your reason not to leave the house! Use this and go forth into the world!

How to love your curls.

but today I thought id come share some of my recently found wisdom -.*
How to love your curls.
I have straightened my hair for as long as I can remember and I still have an intimate relationship with my darling GHD and probably will untill I die. But recently ive tried to embrase a more careless look…I dont know.
here are my tips for hair that looks gorgeous when curly. for those who dont already know/do this.
1. Use a salon shampoo, conditioner and treatment. I use Schwarzkopf Resue Repair and its amazing! Its totally worth the money but if you (like me) go through a rough month with the money..Use a natural gentle shampoo, it doesnt strip your hairs of its natural oils.
2. Always towel try before applying conditioner. Curly hair is very dry naturally and this helps the hair shaft absorb the moisture. (I sometimes use a hand towel in the shower.)
3. Dont touch your hair with a brush. (brushing your hair seperates the curls = afro)
4. Apply some oil to the hair…yes, a few tiny drops of regular baby oil can work wonders.
5. Let it dry naturally or with the help of a hair dryer.
6. Then I apply some serum to smooth it down a little. (Also make it last the whole day/night)
7. On the odd occasion, I use the ghd to “flatten” the curls. Without brishing i gently run the ghd down my hair all around. Breaks some of the harsh ringlets.
- Excuse my bad quick photoshop  job, but I decided to show ya’ll how I look at both extremes :).

I also have alot to say about the Global Keratin with Juvexin Brazillian Blowdry treatment. I was REALLY keen to get this done, just to test it out. Since then I heard a few negative things from my hairdresser about the formaldehyde fumes and things. Will post soon about that! Pitty, looked do nice!
